At the recently held Ghana Prpoerty Awards 2011, Buena Vista Homes was adjudged "Developer of the Year 2011 - Middle income Category". This Award is in addition to our recent award for "CIMG Best Radio Advert of the Year 2010" and caps a very successful year in which our Brand received enormous recognition. We would like to thank our homebuyers and stakeholders for their support and dedicate these awards to them. We would not have achieved this without you.
Buena Vista Homes wins CIMG Award "Radio Advert of the Year 2010"
Our flagship Radio Advert of the Year, 2010 "If you really love me" was awarded the "Radio Advert of the Year ,2010" by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) at it's 22nd Awards Night held on Sat. 28th August 2011.
The accompanying Citation reads " With creativity you have been able to use imagery and explicity to express love in an effective way. Based on a simple copy "if you really love me, then please buy me a buena Vista Home" you have caught the attention of the audience by speaking to their hearts.
Your choice of words promotes good ethics and morals and your use of different love expressions from different cultures clearly depicts the variety of benefits that await purchasers of your homes.
The CIMG recognises your creativity in drawing along your audience throughout the advert and duly confers on Buena Vista Homes, Radio Advert of the Year, 2010"

Buena Vista Home Expo at Accra Mall
Our 2nd Home Expo was held from 4th-17th July 2011 at the Accra Mall. This was a hugely successful event and afforded us the opportunity to interact with our potential homebuyers and the general public about our on-going projects as well as the upcoming ones.
Our Home Expo continues to give our brand a lot of exposure and we continue to get great feedback from our poential homebuyers. We would like to thank all our visitor's to spending time at the stand. Your prescence is invaluable.
Beach Drive Development Phase 2
We have recently commenced Phase 2 of our Beach Drive Development. This comprises over 100 homes and apartments in a gated community situated along the Accra-Tema Beach Road.
Sales have gone very well so far and prospective homebuyers are very excited about this new location and the high standards and attention to detail they get from Buena Vista. We anticipate to complete this development before the end of 2013.
